基于ArcReLU激活函数的优化研究

对常用的激活函数进行了研究比较。对曾经提出的一种新型激活函数ArcReLU进行了改进,使其具有更快的收敛速度和更低的计算消耗。实验证明,改进的ArcReLU函数既能显著加快反向传播神经网络的训练速度,又能有效降低训练误差,甚至能避免梯度消失的问题。     

全内螺纹塑件3种注射模设计

分析了带有全内螺纹结构的硬质塑料零件的特点,设计了手工脱模、螺纹自动旋转脱模、滑块脱模的3种模具结构.     

机载对海多目标ISAR成像系统设计

机载对海逆合成孔径雷达(inverse synthetic aperture radar,ISAR)能够对海面大中型舰船进行二维成像,图像信息为识别提供了更有利的依据.根据ISAR系统的工作原理,首先分析了对海多目标ISAR面临的关键问题;然后提出了空间、时间两维分割的处理方案,以解决不同海况下海面多目标成像分辨率的问题;最后给出了典型的试验验证结果.本文的研究结果对海面多目标ISAR系统设计具有一定的指导意义.     

Molecular Dynamics Simulations Based on 1-Phenyl-4-Benzoyl-1-Hydro-Triazole ERRα Inverse Agonists

Estrogen-related receptor α (ERRα), which is overexpressed in a variety of cancers has been considered as an effective target for anticancer therapy. ERRα inverse agonists have been proven to effectively inhibit the migration and invasion of cancer cells. As few crystalline complexes have been reported, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations were carried out in this study to deepen the understanding of the interaction mechanism between inverse agonists and ERRα. The binding free energy was analyzed by the MM-GBSA method. The results show that the total binding free energy was positively correlated with the biological activity of an inverse agonist. The interaction of the inverse agonist with the hydrophobic interlayer composed of Phe328 and Phe495 had an important impact on the biological activity of inverse agonists, which was confirmed by the decomposition of energy on residues. As Glu331 flipped and formed a hydrogen bond with Arg372 in the MD simulation process, the formation of hydrogen bond interaction with Glu331 was not a necessary condition for the compound to act as an inverse agonist. These rules provide guidance for the design of new inverse agonists.     

New inverse method for identification of constitutive parameters

A new inverse method by coupling iSIGHT and ABAQUS was proposed to determine the constitutive parameters of Al2O3sf/LY12 composite deforming at elevated temperature. It combined the merits of the f＇mite element simulation and optimization technique. The direct model was simulated with finite element code ABAQUS. The inverse problem associated with the identification of the constitutive parameters was expressed as a least square optimization problem. The direct simulation and the parameters optimization were implemented in iSIGHT integrated environment. The aim was to match the output of the direct simulation with the experiment data. The capability of the proposed inverse method was demonstrated through the identification of constitutive parameters of Al2O3sf/LY12 composite. The proposed new inverse method is also applicable to other parameters identification which is hardly determined through experiments or direct analytical method.     

深冲汽车簿钢板织构的表述方法

利用晶体学性质,将深冲汽车薄板的两种主要特征织构表述于反极图之中,再利用织构定量技术便能简捷地分析深冲钢板的织构与深冲性能的关系。经验证,此法与ODF定量分析所得的结果一致。     

台阶内花键套筒冷挤压工艺研究

分析了台阶内花键套筒的冷挤压工艺 ,制定出冷挤压件图 ,确定了挤压方案及工艺流程 ,对各工序变形程度进行了校核 ,并计算出了挤压力,同时对挤压模具的设计制造进行了简单的介绍。     

环槽形内侧凹塑件注射模设计

在分析环槽形内侧凹塑件结构特点及模具设计方案的基础上,设计了此类塑件的注射模.着重介绍了模具的结构及工作过程.巧妙地利用滑块与斜滑块联合抽芯机构解决此类塑件的脱模难题.     

无垫片焊接密封法兰计算方法的讨论

应用华脱尔斯法建立了内、外焊唇焊接法兰结构的力学模型,在相同设计条件和材料状况下,进行了内、外焊唇结构法兰的受力分析、设计计算和结构尺寸对比。笔者认为:如果设计计算成立且焊接条件允许,内焊唇结构的法兰比外焊唇结构的法兰螺栓载荷减小,截面积减少,法兰直径和厚度也相应大幅降低。     

W/O型反相微乳液制备纳米微粒的研究进展

阐述了W/O型反相微乳液的微观结构以及制备纳米颗粒的原理、方法、影响因素,对反胶团微乳液制备纳米颗粒应用进展进行了讨论,提出了当前反胶团微乳液制备纳米颗粒存在的问题。
